Through The Kite Tunnel
At last weekend's Milwaukee Kite Festival, I met Mr. Yves Laforesty, a BIG kiter from Montreal, Canada. Wind Sock is one of his three big kites launched. 60 lbs of material without a frame had to be tied to a tree with a rope ~0.5 inches thick, and pulled by a golf cart. I had the pleasure to help Mr. Laforesty launching it once, and the sheer size of it really stirred some imagination of traveling tunnel.
